Sublmnl Launches New Website for the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce

Sublmnl, a Cabarrus County-based brand development and digital marketing studio, has officially launched a new website for the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce, known locally as “The Chamber.” The project was completed as part of Sublmnl’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the local business community.

A Website Built Around Members, Not Just Aesthetics

Rather than a simple visual refresh, the new site was built from the ground up around clear site architecture and a content strategy designed to serve the Chamber’s full range of visitors: from prospective members exploring the value of joining, to current members looking for resources and event details, to local businesses searching the Chamber directory. We began the project by mapping out how each of these audiences actually uses a chamber website, ensuring the new structure guides visitors to the information most relevant to them rather than defaulting to a generic template layout.

Streamlined Member Management Through CRM Integration

One of the most significant technical components of the project was direct CRM integration, connecting the new website to the Chamber’s member management system, ChamberMaster. This eliminates duplicate data entry and gives Chamber staff a single, connected system for managing member information and communication.

Built for Long-Term Visibility and Performance

The new site was developed with SEO best practices integrated from the ground up, along with Google Analytics reporting, giving the Chamber ongoing insight into how visitors find and use the site. We also provided original copywriting throughout the site and managed full domain and hosting setup, delivering a complete, ready-to-launch platform.

Real, Measurable Savings for the Chamber

Beyond the improved member and visitor experience, the new platform will save the Chamber more than $6,800 annually in ongoing hosting and maintenance costs compared to its previous setup.

“This project reflects exactly what we want our relationship with the Chamber to be, a real investment in an organization that does so much for businesses across Cabarrus County,” said Justin Moore, Owner and Creative Director of Sublmnl. “We wanted the Chamber to have a website that works as hard for its members as the Chamber itself does.”

A Continued Partnership

This project builds on Sublmnl’s long-standing relationship with the Chamber, including developing the organization’s visual identity and providing ongoing creative and digital marketing support in recent years. The new website represents the latest chapter in that partnership, aligning the Chamber’s digital presence with the same modern, approachable “Chamber” brand identity introduced in recent years.
