Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce — Website Design & Development
As part of Sublmnl’s broader rebrand of the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce as “The Chamber,” the organization needed a website that did more than look modern; it needed to function as a genuine tool for member engagement, business discovery, and day-to-day Chamber operations.

The Challenge
Chamber of commerce websites serve several audiences at once: prospective members exploring the value of joining, current members seeking resources and event information, and the local business community looking for a chamber directory. Without clear site architecture and a content strategy, that mix of audiences and content can quickly become cluttered and hard to navigate. The Chamber also needed its website to connect directly to its existing CRM system, rather than operating as a disconnected marketing site that required manual data entry and created duplicate member records.

The Approach
We started with site architecture, mapping out a clear navigation and content structure based on how each type of visitor actually uses a chamber website, rather than defaulting to a generic template. From there, we developed a full content strategy and original copywriting to guide members and prospective businesses toward the resources and information most relevant to them.
The most technically significant piece of the project was full CRM integration, connecting the new website directly to the Chamber’s member management system. This eliminated duplicate data entry, streamlined member communication, and gave the Chamber a single, connected system instead of a website and CRM operating independently.
We built the site with SEO best practices from the ground up. We connected Google Analytics reporting, giving the Chamber ongoing visibility into how visitors find and use the site. We also handled full domain and hosting setup, delivering a complete, ready-to-launch platform.

The Result
The Chamber now has a website built around how its members and community actually use it: clearly structured, connected directly to its CRM, and optimized for search visibility. It’s a foundational piece of “The Chamber’s” broader rebrand, giving the organization a digital home that matches its modern, approachable identity.
